INCM is pleased to announce the appointment of Judy Comstock as INCM's Executive Director effective November, 2007. Judy has a Master of Arts degree in Education Leadership and has served on the INCM Board of Directors for over 15 years. She brings to this position a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of children's ministry, as well as leadership development.
 
For the past 4 1/2 years, Judy has been the Director of Children's Ministries at Church of the Resurrection, a church of over 10,000, in Leawood, Kansas. Prior to this assignment, she was a teacher of the Gifted/Talented enrichment for 20 elementary schools in Dearborn, Michigan.  While teaching school, Judy also served as Director of Christian Education in an inner-city church. She is author of the book, Children's Ministry, published by Abington Press. Judy is also on the board of the Dare to Dream grant division of For Kids Only, Inc.
 
Judy has been an INCM presenter for the Children's Ministry Seminar program and a Children's Pastors' Conference (CPC) workshop leader. She has served on several INCM ministry teams in planning and implementing a variety of initiatives over her years of volunteer service on the INCM Board of Directors.
 
Judy's passion for reaching children with the Gospel of Christ is part of her life long calling to children and ministry leadership. The INCM Board of Directors welcomes Judy Comstock to this challenging position and looks forward to her leadership in helping us move INCM even further in ministry excellence!
