CPC 2008 - All About KidsOne of the important keys to a successful CPC is the team of volunteers that joins with the INCM staff to manage all of the conference details. We call them Conference Assistants or CA's. Without these dedicated volunteers the CPC's would just not happen. They work in several areas: registration, information center, workshops, audio-visual, general sessions, exhibit hall, hospitality, and other crucial areas of the conference. They work hard for five days and have a lot of fun watching it all come together with a group of fun-loving, ministry–minded people. They have a great time meeting new friends and working side by side with God's choicest servants from all over the country.

We know that those in children's ministry are the best, whether paid or unpaid, and that is why we obtain our volunteers from this group of people. These people have attended at least 1 CPC in the past, and are able to provide incredible help as they have seen CPC through the eyes of an attendee.
