January 1-8, 2008 Panama: This will be the second year for INCM assisting at the Panama Children’s Workers’ Conference, organized by Bonita and Gino Sanchez, long term missionaries who have been active in children’s ministry and church planting leadership for over 25 years. Bonita has had a vision for children’s training and has been the primary visionary leader to establish this annual Children’s Workers Conference. In 2006 Bonita served as the Panama Coordinator for the Franklin Graham Children’s Crusade that brought together over 30,000 children for a one-day rally in Panama City. That rally resulted in over 8000 children making decisions for Christ. Last year, INCM was instrumental in providing workshops on discipling children for the many leaders with children who made faith decisions and needed follow up.

For 2008, Bonita has organized a training conference at an area camp. This will be a 3-day training event including general sessions and break out seminars and workshops.

The INCM training team members for this event are Kurt Jarvis, INCM International Ministry Coordinator, Ben Forbes, former Children’s Pastor and currently full time student at Dallas Theological Seminary – Texas, Scott Dodson, Children’s Pastor, Church of The Open Door, California, and Rigo Jacobo, Children’s leader, Church of the Open Door, California

January 6-14, 2008, Guatemala / El Salvador / Honduras:  This project has been organized in partnership with Kids at Heart, based in Mesa, Arizona.

February 3-19, 2008 Pakistan:  This is the country emphasis for CPC 2008.  INCM has partnered with The Brethren Churches of Pakistan, a long established denomination in this country, which has organized and planned this leadership and teacher training event. We are hoping to train 125 teachers, workers and leaders in two major cities, as well as conduct several children’s rallies in numerous villages during this training project. The INCM team for this project is Kurt Jarvis and Marion Grant. BCM International Children’s Director for Canada.

March 8-17, 2008, Malaysia:  This will be INCM's third time to be involved at the Malaysian Children’s Workers Conference organized by Pastor Ooi Lin Chu.  Ooi Lin has been a visionary leader in Malaysian for children’s ministry. She was inspired from attending the Singapore Children’s Conference originally led and developed with Singaporean leaders four years ago. Ooi Lin continues to develop children’s ministry in her country.
