INCM International Partnerships: INCM continues ongoing partnerships with established children’s ministries in countries outside the United States as well as with ethnic, cultural and denominational cultural ministries within the United States.
Through these partnerships INCM desires to assist in cross-cultural ministry to develop teachers and leaders serving in children’s ministry worldwide. The INCM international leadership is available for conference speaking as well as teacher and leadership training projects. Projects are arranged in accordance with the international partner’s needs and the available resources of INCM.
Through INCM International Partnerships INCM can provide:
- On site training and equipping of children’s worker’s teachers and leaders
- Speakers and special program features for international conferences and events
- Appropriate cross cultural materials and resources for training
- INCM workshop training units for translation
- Qualified international training team members for workshops and seminars
INCM recognizes for partnerships to be effective that a cooperative effort is needed.
For planned training or event projects INCM requires that International Partners are established within their country and meet the following criteria:
- Governmental approval to operate as required
- Are in concert with INCM’s Statement of Faith
- Ability to provide translation and production services for any required training materials
- Provision of any required translators for training sessions
- Provision of any required on site training facilities
- Ability to organize in-country transportation for INCM personnel
- Ability to organize in-country housing and meals for INCM personnel
INCM does not provide direct funding to international ministries and does not provide teaching materials or supplies outside of joint partnership training projects.
