Executive Director
Judy has a Master of Arts in Education Leadership and served for years on the INCM Board of Directors. Her rich experience in children's ministry strengthens her leadership at INCM. She has been a Children's Ministry Trainer, CPC presenter and a volunteer ministry team leader. Prior to joining the INCM staff, Judy served as Director of Children's Ministries at Church of the Resurrection, a church of 15,000 members in Leawood, Kansas. She has worked as Director of Christian Education at an inner-city church in Detroit and authored the book, Children's Ministry, published by Abingdon Press.

Global Focus Director
Eric comes to INCM with over ten years experience in ministering to children. His experience includes conducting children services for the Oral Roberts International Bible Ministries Conference in Tulsa, OK, Victory Christian Center's Word Explosion in Tulsa, OK, and a weekly inner-city ministry to 700-800 children. He is married to his best friend, April and they are the proud parents of their infant daughter Areyna. Eric and April serve as the Directors of Children's Ministries at Word of Life Christian Center in Denver, CO.

Business & Finance Director
Carl Comstock's boyhood interest in airplanes led to a career in the airline industry where he administered a multi-million dollar budget and supervised over 100 employees. His job often included interactions with the Secret Service and the last 3 U.S. Presidents and Vice Presidents. Carl has volunteered in children's ministry with the toddlers, 4th graders and Hospitality Team. He is a certified volunteer with minors through the Safe and Sacred Spaces training program. At INCM Carl manages the facilities, human resources and our budget.

Resource/Marketing Director
Alan is responsible for recruiting, organizing and managing all aspects of the CPC Resource Center. He is the go-to person for retail sales related to all INCM events and online purchases. While working as a Police Detective, Alan volunteered for 9 years along side the INCM staff at Children's Pastors Conferences. He decided that if there was ever the opportunity to work at INCM, he would pursue the job. In August of 2006, God opened that door and Alan joined our team. Alan is actively involved in the lives of his 4 children.

Events Director
Roxanne is responsible for organizing and overseeing the details for all INCM events including recruiting and assisting all of the great INCM event partners. She loves interacting with people and serving the Lord through INCM. Roxanne is currently the longest-serving staff member which has provided her with insight into the many facets of our ministry. She and her husband, Alan, live in Castle Rock, CO with their four children: Braden, Abbie, Chase & Ty.

Communications Director
Jordan Shew graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Visual Arts New Media with a Concentration in Interactive and Motion imagery from Taylor University. He handles all of INCM's design, video, web, photo, print, and most things media related. When not sitting behind a computer monitor, you might be able to find him riding his Harley through the mountains of Colorado.

Training & Development Director
After serving for years as a Children's Pastor, Robin is now responsible for the training components at CPC, Children's Ministry Training, and other INCM venues. Robin also coordinates the Ministry Volunteer Partners and donor development. She is a member of the Association for Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and serves on the Board of Directors for Mile High Children's Ministry Fellowship. Her undergraduate degree is in Communications and Education. Robin knows the joy of asking Jesus into her heart as a child and serving Christ to adulthood. She lives in Castle Rock with her husband Steve and children, Julie and John.

Front Office Coordinator
Pamela Groeneman has her B.A. in Biblical Studies with a minor in youth ministry and has continued her education through classes focused on early childhood education. With a heart to serve and care for others she is an asset as the Front Office Coordinator. She comes to INCM with a wide range of experiences working with middle school, special needs and preschool as well as her previous role as Assistant Director of Children's Ministries for birth through sixth grade at a local church. When she isn't in the office she is out and about taking advantage of living in Denver and being so close to the mountains.

Mary Lou first served INCM at the 1987 Children's Pastors' Conferences as a volunteer cook! Those were the days when CPC was meeting in a church. Now Mary Lou works in the Finance Department keeping all of us balanced and organized. She has a B.A. in Religious Education from Rockmont College and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Kearney State College. Mary Lou also has a Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction. She is also a Preschool Teacher at a local church. Mary Lou is a lifelong Coloradoan and lives just outside Castle Rock, CO.

Amy graduated with honors from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Degree in Accounting because everyone told her to "get a real job." Upon graduation, Amy promptly returned to her passions: following Christ, the study of Creation, children, customer service, and the arts. Amy has spent more than 20 years working in every possible facet of Children's Ministry. Currently, Amy has 5 children who love to test all her best ideas and add many of their own. Amy feels blessed to assist you with your Registration needs.

Susan Cutshall has been the Director of Childhood Ministries at St. Luke UMC in Lexington, Kentucky since 1994. Her leadership team has been credited for creating a children's ministry that is effective and attractive to a variety of families. Susan has been an avid supporter of INCM and has led workshops at CPC and been a presenter for Children's Ministry Seminars for 9 years. Susan and her husband Greg have two children, Lance and Lauren. Susan is an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and has seen them play three times, in three different stadiums.

Ryan Frank is the children's pastor at Liberty Baptist Church in Indiana. He leads a growing children's ministry including work with inner-city children. He is also the president of KidzMatter Ministries, Inc, a non-profit organization that exists to make an eternal impact in the hearts of kids. Ryan committed to full-time Christian service at the age of 12 and has been working with kids ever since. Ryan, and his wife Beth, are serving in the church where they both grew up as children. They have one daughter.

Kurt Jarvis holds a B.A. degree from Asbury College and a M.A. degree in Education from Rowan University. Kurt's experience has been in local church ministry, denominational ministry at both the national and regional levels, and international camping through BCM International, Camp Horizons (Canada) and various other camping ministries. Kurt and his wife, Judy, have four adult children and reside in Utah.

Earl enjoys challenging young people to serve the Lord as well as motivating parents and volunteers to have an impact on the lives of children. He is a graduate of Berean University in Missouri and has had the privilege of serving in some of the largest churches on the west coast. Earl has helped build a sports and recreation ministry called T.E.A.M. that reaches over 1,000 children and has been published in local/national magazines for children and parents. Earl lives in Snohomish with his wife, Jan and son, Luke. In his spare time he loves to golf, wakeboard and ride his Harley.

Brodie is the Children's Pastor at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin and has been in ministry since 1999. He has a passion for helping kids develop a strong, biblical curiosity and helping parents and families fulfill their God-given call. Brodie has a B.A. from Cedarville University in elementary education and a Masters degree from Bethel Seminary in Children's and Family Ministry. Brodie lives in the Milwaukee area with his wife, Heather, and their young daughter, Annika. In his spare time he loves to sit with a cold Mountain Dew or take to the golf course on a sunny afternoon.

John and his wife Peggy live in their home town of Caldwell, Idaho near their three children and extended family. His hobbies include golf, basketball and raising Angus calves. John has a Th. M. in Theology and Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has served local churches as education pastor and elder, most recently co-directing the children's ministry with his wife in their home church. He has been an education and curriculum consultant for 18 years and continues to work with churches daily. John serves as the National Director for eChurch Depot, a curriculum and church supplies distributor.

Martha became a Christian at age seven and at age 11 dedicated her life to God for His service. In her teen years she became involved in local church leadership and Sunday school teaching. At age 16, God confirmed His call to Martha for missions. She has served with Child Evangelism Fellowship since October 1980. Having served as Vice President of Education, Martha now trains leaders for ministry around the world through CEF. She holds a Ed.D. (Doctorate in Education).
