Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!

  • A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 per-person is assessed for ALL cancellations and conference registration transfers to CPC'12.
  • Cancellation requests must be received in writing.
  • Cancellation requests made by November 12, 2010 will receive either reimbursement of the remaining monies or a transfer of the remaining monies to a CPC '12 conference registration.
  • Cancellation requests made after December 21, 2010 are non-refundable and non-transferable to CPC '12.
  • All funds transferred to CPC '12 are for conference registration use only.
  • At any time, you may change/substitute the name on a registration without incurring the administration fee.


Children at CPC

CPC is a highlight for leaders to be refreshed and renewed. As much as we love children, they can be a distraction in this setting. For that reason, children are not allowed in general sessions and breakouts. Only individuals with a paid registration may occupy seats in these sessions.


Mothers who need to bring their nursing babies are welcome. However, we ask these mothers to be respectful of other conference participants. Should your baby become fussy and disruptive, please step outside the meeting room.
